AYDT Scent Society Membership
Membership is due 1st of the month for the month ahead and a standing order should be set up to make sure you don't forget -as non payment will see your membership automatically cancelled.
You will be invited to a WhatsApp group for info, video sharing and for any questions you may have.
There will be a monthly zoom on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6pm (approx 1 hour) and recordings will be sent to anyone who can't make it live - although we suggest you try to join live to get the most from your session.
Challenges and exercises will be set on the Zoom call for you to work on in your own time and I will review 2 videos each month with comments to keep you on track.
You will be send a discount code to book a Scent Club session (within the same month) when you have paid your first membership fee.
The price is set as free for this membership. Please note that we will review your application and let you know via email, the payment details should your application be accepted.
A monthly invoice will be sent out due on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.
This membership can be cancelled at any time and we refer you to our terms and conditions below:
Membership will be bought via our website. An invoice will then be automatically sent to you on the 26th of the month prior - payment is due on the 1st of the next month. No payment will mean instant removal from the membership scheme and a standing order would be my suggested way of paying.
Members discounts for Scent Club are only valid while the Scent Society membership is being paid. You will be given a member discount code to use via the website when you book Scent Club Sessions. Note that you will need to book each session separately, or the discount will be taken across multiples and result in an incorrect charge. This discount can only be used in the same month that you have paid membership (ie pay £10 membership in April, and get £5 off one Scent Club meet in April). This offer is non transferable to other months, nor to other members/non-members.
Videos will be reviewed at my first availability, but please give me at up to 48hrs to do so.
Membership is by application, AYDT reserve the right to refuse any membership application.
Payment is due in advance -1st of the month, prior to the monthly zoom call or any reviews, communications.
You can cancel at any time but no partial refund will be made to you, nor are the sessions transferable.
Members are not allowed to share any of the info, videos or files from the whatsapp group or zoom sessions with non-members. Doing so will result in your membership being cancelled with immediate effect.
Any exercises or challenges are taken at your own risk and AYDT takes nor responsibility for injury or mishaps in your training area (items, odours, venues etc)
Remember we are a force free organisation and will not accept dogs wearing aversive tools or training equipment, nor harsh handling in training.
AYDT reserve the right to cancel any membership at any time with just cause.
