Does your dog like sniffing? Are you looking for something fun to do together on the cold nights but can't get to a class?
Our introduction workshops will give you the basics to start your Scentwork journey. These are a mix of theory and practical learning, and you will have ample opportunity to ask questions while having fun with your dog.
Scentwork is for any breed, age or stage and we begin our journey learning the foundations that we will build on in time.
Scentwork builds confidence, tires out high energy dogs while giving them a safe job, keeps our oldies grey cells sharp and any dog with a nose can benefit from sniffing!
WHATS INCLUDED IN IN OUR INTROCDUCTION TO SCENTWORK WORKSHOP/COURSE
- 3 weeks of in-person tuition with your dog (up to 3 hours for the one day workshop)
- Small classes to ensure a positive experience for all
- Trainer on tap during class duration
- Your own scent kit to take home and practice with
- An invitation to join out Scent Club
Our workshops/courses are held indoors so we can only accommodate dogs who are happy to work with other dogs moving around them. (For dogs who would rather work alone, please ask us about our online or private session).

Nursery Noses: Introduction to Scentwork (in-person)
Payment is required at the time of booking. Without payment, your booking is not secure and may be cancelled without notice.
Payment & Cancellations
Full payment for workshops, training sessions and courses of multiple sessions is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise stated in writing by AYDT). Payment of all sessions confirms your booking along with any required, completed forms.
AYDT operates a non-refundable and non-transferable policy for all classes, 1-2-1s, training sessions, workshops and assessments that have been paid in advance.
If you are unable to attend, please inform AYDT as early as possible. Where possible, we will attempt to fill your space. If successful, a refund or transfer may be arranged.
In cases where a participant or their dog becomes unwell and is unable to attend, please let AYDT know.
Any missed classes or cancelled 121s will not be refunded or rescheduled where part of a course.
Credits or refunds will not be given for bitches coming into season.
Any rescheduled sessions must be taken within 60 days of original course start date.
Any bookings paid for out with 14 days (prior to the session), a refund will be given, however, if you have booked within a 14-day period, you agree to waive this right.
